How quickly do you process and ship your orders?

We take pride in our shipping speed. 99% of all orders are shipped out within 0-3 business days! We do not ship orders over the weekends. Any orders placed on the weekends or on holidays will be shipped the following business day.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

After your order has been shipped, arrival times on all orders depend on what shipping method was chosen.

Domestic Shipping: 1-5 Business Days

International Shipping: 2-15 Business Days

Do International orders have to pay custom fees?

Yes. We have no control over custom fees, and they vary from country to country. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees.

Is your ordering system secure?

Absolutely, our ordering system is highly secure. We utilize advanced, multi-layered security software designed specifically to safeguard your privacy. This includes encryption protocols and secure payment gateways to ensure that your personal information is protected at all times. Your privacy and security are our top priorities.

Shipping Policy


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available, and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.


All orders received and paid, between 12:00mn to 10:00am will ship out the same day, 10:01am to 11:59PM will ship out the next business day. Orders received on Friday after 10:00am and before Sunday at 11:59pm will ship out on the following Monday. Please note special holiday shipping times will be posted separately. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic may take between 2-5 business days, and international orders may take 7-10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays)


Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.


If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it; you must contact the carrier within 60 days to file a claim. We do not take responsibility after the tracking number information states that your package was delivered.

If your tracking information states that your package was in-transit and did not deliver your package over 10 days from the estimated date of delivery; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete.

Ring of Fire does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

At Ring Of Fire Clothing, we strive to ensure that your order arrives exactly as you envisioned. However, if you notice any discrepancies with your order upon receipt, such as incorrect color or size, missing or damaged items, we kindly ask you to report these within 7 days from the delivery date, as confirmed by the tracking number provided by the delivery carrier. This allows us to maintain the integrity and trust of our service.

Please note that we may not be able to assist with delivery claims reported beyond this 7-day period. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Your satisfaction is our top priority.


Please note, that if your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order issuing an E-Gift Card for the item(s) not in stock or a discount code depending on the severity of the case.


While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our valued customers,

Ring of fire reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.


Ring of fire reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.


Ring of fire reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.


At Ring Of Fire Clothing LLC, we prioritize your security. We’ve put in place strong systems to identify and prevent fraudulent activities.

Should our system detect potential fraud in your order, we act immediately to safeguard your interests. We won’t capture the payment and your order will be temporarily held. This extra measure ensures a secure transaction environment.

We’ll then contact you using the details provided at checkout for verification. You’ll have 7 days from when our message is sent to confirm your purchase. If we don’t receive a response within this timeframe, your order will be cancelled to prevent potential fraud.

Upon receiving your confirmation, we’ll promptly process and fulfill your order. However, please note that once your order has been fulfilled and delivered to the specified address, any future chargeback claims will not be considered viable.

This policy is part of our commitment to providing a safe and trustworthy shopping experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Return Policy

We’re so glad you chose us, and we hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the return process super easy for you. Kindly send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the purchase date with a completed return slip.

Don’t forget to specify the order number/s on the return slip so we can ensure your potential store credit is given accurately without any delays. We’ll then take care of the rest!

Helpful Hint: For hassle-free returns by mail, we recommend using USPS flat rate shipping. Please note that you’ll need to cover the shipping costs and charges must be prepaid. We are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Ring of Fire will not issue your store credit for returns.

No Exchanges, Only E-Gift Cards

To ensure you get the style and size you want, we don’t offer exchanges by mail. Instead, we’ll give you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we receive your return and has passed our quality check. You can then use it to get the right item or something else you love! E-Gift Cards never expire!

No in-person drop-offs will be accepted at our distribution center or corporate office. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Unfortunately, Ring of Fire does not provide return shipping labels. Additionally, a restocking fee may apply for orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to an undeliverable address.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.

Quality Check for Returns
  1. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Ring of Fire tags attached.

  2. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to make sure it meets our return requirements. If it passes our quality check, you’ll receive an e-gift card. If the item doesn’t meet our return requirements, we won’t be able to issue a refund or store credit.

  3. If your return is rejected, we’ll send it back to your original address and deduct the return shipping fee (currently under $8.00) from any store credit. We reserve the right to adjust the fee if necessary.

  4. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item instead of sending it back to you (depending on the cost of damage and/or if resulting into non-sellable merchandise).

  5. If you received a damaged/defective item, please contact within 24 hours of receipt.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Non-Ring of Fire items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.

Returns without Tags and/or other Product Identifiers

We value your business and aim to provide you with the best customer service. However, please note that items returned without tags or other identifiers will no longer be eligible for a store credit via e-gift card. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returns with incomplete information.

To ensure a smooth return process, please include clear indications of the order number, customer name, customer email address, and/or phone number with your return. This will help us expedite the return process and ensure that you receive your refund or exchange as quickly and as accurately as possible.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Customer Protection Team is dedicated to ensuring a fair and safe shopping experience. If we notice any unusual return activity, our team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to find a resolution. In some cases, we may need to refuse service going forward to protect our community.

Damaged Items Upon Initial Receipt

To return a damaged item, please print and fill out this form and include it with the item. We’ll issue you an E-Gift Card for the cost of the item plus up to $10.00 USD for return shipping (with a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).

To ensure your package arrives safely, we strongly recommend including a tracking number. Once we receive your package, we’ll email you an E-Gift Card so you can repurchase the item if desired.

Store Credit via E-Gift Card

Once we receive your returned item(s) at our distribution center, we’ll process your store credit via E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days once eligible. Your E-gift card will cover the original purchase price and tax if applicable. Please note that Ring of Fire does not credit original shipping charges. If a discount code (%) was applied to an order that qualifies for store credit, the amount will also be reduced by the same percentage.

Stale Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns received after 30 days are considered stale and may be rejected. If the cost of returning an item exceeds its current value, we will apply a 50% restocking fee when processing the item(s) in our distribution center. An E-Gift Card for the remaining balance will be issued following our normal returns process.
